TAX LIST


The TAXES section is configured by default according to Spanish taxation. If you are using REVO in another country, you can easily edit and configure taxes.



You can create new taxes by clicking on +New or edit the default ones:



  • Name: Enter an identifying name.

  • Percentage: Enter the percentage of the tax.

Finally, click on Save.


HOW TO ASSIGN TAXES

As a general rule, most products use the same tax, so it's as easy as associating it directly with the groups. This way, you avoid having to associate the tax with each product, unless they differ from their group.



Note: REVO first looks for the tax associated with the product; if it is not configured, it looks for the tax associated with the category. If that is not configured either, it checks the tax assigned to the group and applies it.


TAX LIST

1. Go to Lists / TAXES.

2. Here we can see the following information:



  • Calendar: Select the desired dates to perform the search.

  • Filters: We have the following filters:

    • Click on to select an employee and perform the tax search for the selected dates and employee.
    • Click on to select a cash register and perform the tax search for the selected dates and cashier.
    • In , we can select different criteria for totalling:
      • Day: Total for the selected dates per day.
      • Month: Total for the selected dates per month.

  • Export: This option allows us to save the report shown on the screen in a document.

  • Percentage: Shows the percentage type of the tax.

  • Tax: Indicates the tax value.

  • Subtotal: Indicates the collected value without taxes.

  • Total: Total collected value with taxes included.
