One of the most common errors when closing/ collecting a ticket is to select a form of payment that's not the right one; for example, you click on cash when the customer has paid us with a card or vice versa. With Revo Retail you can correct this error in a very simple way with or without the ticket.

How to change the payment method of a sale without the ticket:

  1. Go to the menu .

  2. Enter Invoices.

  3. Find and select the invoice in the list on the left.

Note: You have the option to use the calendar if the invoice you need to modify is not of the current day.

  1. On the lower right corner, click on the icon.

  2. Select the right form of payment on the list shown.

  3. Exit Invoices by clicking on in the upper right corner.

How to change the payment method of a sale with the ticket:

  1. Go to the menu

  2. Enter Search Invoices.

  3. Enter the invoice number manually or, if you have the ticket physically, you can scan it with a Bluetooth barcode reader or with the camera of your iPad device.

  1. On the lower right corner, click on the icon.

  2. Select the right form of payment on the list shown.

  3. Exit Invoices by clicking on in the upper right corner.
