To link Revo SOLO and Revo InTOUCH, you need to add the integration. Here's how to do it:

1. Access the back-office of Revo SOLO.

2. Go to Settings / INTEGRATIONS.

3. Click on Add, search for InTOUCH, and finally click on Add.



4. Fill in the following information:



  • Activate: Activate the integration.

  • Name: Identifying name for the integration.

  • Token: A token is generated automatically.

  • Test: Deactivate.

  • Key: The API key obtained in the Revo InTOUCH back office.

  • Identification method: Select which methods your customers can identify themselves through: Mobile, Email or Both.

  • Skip mobile: Check this option to not ask users for their mobile when registering.

  • Hide loyalty button: Activate this option to hide the loyalty button in the order summary.

  • Rewards: Select from the dropdown the type of rewards you want to use, or disable them.

  • Points name: Customize the name of the points accumulated by the customer.

  • Credits name: Customize the name of the credits accumulated by the customer.

  • Payment text: Customize the text displayed on the payment screen with points.

  • Discount button: Customize the text of the button that takes the customer to the discounts screen.

5. Click Save to confirm the changes.

THE INTEGRATION IS NOW COMPLETE!
