Refunds


Points to keep in mind:

  • If we place an order, accumulate credits and subsequently refund that order, the credits will be removed.

Example:

  1. The client has 21.13 credits.

  2. Make an order and pay €25.

  3. 3.75 credits are added (15% of €25).

  4. The order is refunded.

  5. Your Intouch credits will be deducted.

  6. The changes are updated to the client in the Wallet and we can see it in the Intouch Back-end.



  • If we pay with credit for an order and cancel the order, the credits will be refunded to us.

Example:

  1. The client has 21.13 credits.
  2. Place an order and pay €10 with credit.
  3. 10 credits are subtracted.
  4. The order is refunded.
  5. Intouch credits spent on the order are returned to you.
  6. The changes are updated to the client in the Wallet and we can see it in the Intouch Back-end.



  • If we redeem a gift in an order, and we make a return, the gift will not be returned to us.

  • If we have a punched card, and we make a hole, if we make a return the hole will NOT be removed.

IMPORTANT: At this time, changes to credits through returns are not reflected in the Intouch Back-end Activity Log.
