The version of Retail 1.1.3 brings as a novelty the edition of tickets. After updating, there are three quick steps to be taken in order to print the invoice correctly.
- Enter the Back Office using our credentials.
- Go to Settings/Tickets and click on SAVE.
- Then, in the app, we log out (logout) and log in again.
Note: If you do not have a logo in your account, you may have to remove it from the ticket design. Just enter again in Settings/Tickets and remove the logo. Don’t forget to SAVE.
