The version of Retail 1.1.3 brings as a novelty the edition of tickets. After updating, there are three quick steps to be taken in order to print the invoice correctly.

  1. Enter the Back Office using our credentials.
  2. Go to Settings/Tickets and click on SAVE.
  3. Then, in the app, we log out (logout) and log in again.

Note: If you do not have a logo in your account, you may have to remove it from the ticket design. Just enter again in Settings/Tickets and remove the logo. Don’t forget to SAVE.
