In the configuration of our company, it is essential to add the printers to our account, which we can later associate with a cashier. Creating a new printer with REVO is quite simple.

1. Access the back-office of Revo RETAIL.

2. Go to Configuration / PRINTERS.

3. Click on the +New button to create a new printer.

Fill in the following information:

• Name: Enter a name for the printer.

• Type: Select the type of printer from the list. If the printer you want to configure with REVO does not appear in the list, it is likely not implemented. Check the list of compatible printers.

• IP: Enter the IP address of the printer.

  Note: It is essential that the IP configured on the printer is static.

• Port: Enter the port of the printer.

  Note: The vast majority of Ethernet printers use port 9100 by default.

• Characters: Some printers may require a character configuration different from the standard. If so, indicate it. By default, leave the number of characters at 0.

4. Click on the Save button.
